We take great care in creating and packaging each of our handmade products. Because our items are fragile and handcrafted, we’re unable to accept returns once they’ve been shipped.
Returned items could be damaged during transit, which makes safe return impossible. For this reason, all sales are final.

Cancellations and Refunds Before Shipping

If you change your mind before your order has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at epoxydiary@gmail.com.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can issue a full refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery.
Send us an email with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll gladly review your case.
If confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund — whichever is most appropriate.

Why Returns Are Not Accepted

Our products are handmade, delicate, and may contain small decorative elements.
Due to their fragile nature, returning them through shipping carriers poses a high risk of breakage.
To ensure quality and safety, we do not accept physical returns.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are custom prepared for you. Once processing has begun, they cannot be canceled or refunded.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed over to USPS or UPS, delivery is handled by the carrier.
We’re not responsible for delays or lost packages, but we’ll always do our best to help you locate your order.
