Shipping policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods
We ship across the United States via USPS and UPS. The carrier and shipping rate are selected during checkout based on your location and preferred delivery speed.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, depending on the selected method, package weight and dimensions, and destination. Options may include standard, expedited, and tracked shipping.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates are usually available within a few hours after dispatch.

Shipping Notes

  • USPS delivers to both street addresses and PO Boxes. UPS deliveries require a physical street address.

  • Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to weather conditions. We’ll notify you via email if there are any significant delays.

  • If you have special delivery instructions (such as delivery to a workplace or a specific drop-off location), please include them in the order notes at checkout.

Pre-Orders and Out-of-Stock Items
If a product is marked as pre-order or temporarily out of stock, the estimated shipping time will be indicated on the product page (for example, “ships in 3–5 business days”). You’ll receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
